Desert Fox ran a great race to dead heat for 3rd today.
Rowins Dream finished 7th in a 18 horse field in a distance that's too short for her and she was runningon at the end.She handled the blinkers very well.
Happy with the runs from them both today💪🙏

The syndicate has Desert Fox running in the first race today and it is a run that will tell us more about him.Hes working well enough at home to run a decent race , however , he's taking on some very expensive and well bred opposition and with first timers u never know how they will fare first time at the track.
We also have Rowins Dream having her second run in the second race , again over a distance much shorter than she wants , but she's doing very well at home and she's trying blinkers for the first time...lets see how she goes with the blinkers.
Hoping for good runs from them both and praying they both come home safely 🙏

Good morning guys , The syndicate has Straight Up running today in the 4th race...Hes unfancied at the bottom of the boards in the betting but he's a good horse and he could easily be in the first 4.

The syndicate has Indy View running in the first race at Fairview today and another good run is expected. The 1400m may be a bit short for him and draw 8 is a concern but he should be in the first 3 again today🙏

The syndicate has Straight Up running in the 6th race today , his form is superior on the poly and 1400m maybe a bit short for him so we just want to see a decent run from him as he may be out of his depth in today's class.
We are still all excited about Indy Views great second on Friday and I'm sure we are going to have fun with him😀

The syndicate has Indy View running in the first race at Fairview today and we are taking on a short priced Cape horse . We are going an extra 400m today and if suited to the extra distance we could be in the money.🙏🙏🙏

County Kildare was scratched at the start yesterday after rearing in the pens...
Fortunately , besides a few scratches she's fine and will be given a few days off before going back into training 🙏

The syndicate has County Kildare running in the second race today
There is a short priced favourite in the race and a very well bred first timer
We are hoping to finish in the first 4 placings today
The filly is working well and is in a good space 🤞🙏

Rowins Dream had her long awaited first run for us today in a distance short of her best and was very green.
Corrie was very happy that she even tho she was outpaced she ran on in the last couple hundred meters.We are looking forward to seeing her in her right distance in the future.
I'm sure we are going to have fun with her🙏👍🤞

We have Straight Up running in a rather strong 8 horse field tomorrow , but he is carrying 52kgs and he's a good horse....He needs luck in running from draw 8 but I think he can go close to winning this one🙏

The syndicate had Indy View run 4th over 1200m yesterday in a pleasing 2nd run.
He is looking for 1400 to 1600m and may well be better on turf , lets see how he goes next time out🙏

The syndicate has Straight Up running today over 2000m and he is carrying 61kgs with Kyle Strydom riding him again.
He is carrying a lot of weight over a distance further than his best , and even though it's a prep run for the 11th race on July day , a decent run is expected from a decent 2 draw.🤞🙏

It was a pleasing Friday nights racing for the syndicate .
County Kildare ran a decent 5th place and Sereno Moodley said she needs 1400m so Wendy Whitehead will be running her over 1400m next time out.
She is definitely a poly horse and should crack her maiden soon.
Straight Up ran a very good race finishing 3rd after his win on the 28th March and it was a fantastic effort after his two month layoff. Thanks to Duncan Howells for getting us involved in such a lovely horse.It will be amazing if he can get into a listed race on July day as 40 syndicate members will be on course on the day.
On Saturday 50 syndicate members from our pool betting group who put in R100 each had fun catching the Bipot and Pick 6 at Greyville.
All in all a lovely weekend and fun was had by all🙏😁

A great days Champions Season Racing awaits today at Greyville on the Polytrack.

FARLAND runs in Race 4 and whilst not really fancied in the market, some amongst are sensing he may just run better than his recent form suggests. He is arguably past his prime, up against some young bucks and will have to dust off some of the class we know he has in order to conquer a few others though. FARLAND has been a soldier however (approaching 50 races now) and capable of anything despite his age. Will it be a case of he surprises all and winks as he passes the line to suggest that age is wisdom and we should never write and old man off?

PERFECT APPEAL runs in the 5th following a very good 3rd place over this course and distance on 9 May, so is expected to give a good account of herself again and consolidate her potential. The Young Apprentice is up again and, if he places her correctly early and positions her handy around the bend, knows which button to hit 2 furlongs out. She is a daughter of Crusade out of a Captain Al Mare, so nicely bred, still young/3 and proving to be a bit of an ATM. It is a tricky race and looks like her biggest danger will be the 4 but she also has to be wary of 1, 3 & 7 so this will be a very good test of her ability.

Be sure to shout the old war horse and the young princess home today. Best of luck with your bets hoping that "Graveville" doesn't ring true.

We see them on the track mostly but this is where some are born in the most beautiful settings of KZN........Clifton Stud, Rosetta, KZN - 22 May 2022 looking toward Giants Castle (back left). Many of the Industry's Nurseries are located in stunning rural locations and its no wonder that the magnificent beasts we adore are amongst the finest on the planet earth.
