We follow a healthy diet plan and light exercise schedule during your stay, also optional. We have a few daily group activities, which we encourage all to attend â as these activities remind us of the value in mutual understanding, sharing and unpacking experiences.
Daily practices could include nature walks, some Mindful Movement, Tai Chi, Yin Yoga, Stress Release therapy, music and aroma therapy, massage, Astro Art etc. with qualified, experienced, and grounded women. Inab Retreats take place only 6 times a year, and only offer space for 10 women at a time. (We advise that you make your booking well in advance).
