MOLTENO-CLEAN UP - Residents of Molteno stand together to clean the town.
The success of this projects depends on the financial contributions of Farmers, Shop Owners and Residents
DONE SO FAR
- Collecting refuse bags weekly in town from pavements
- Put 10 drums in town on pavements
- Empty drums on pavements - Cleaning streets
- Cleaning empty stands and public areas (Collected 45 bags on the R56 this Saturday)
- Cut gras and trees in park
- Painted our canon
- Pay jobless people R5.00 per bag and provide them with a plate of food for help with the cleaning

Dear Entrepreneur. A lot of travelers do stop during December at Halfpad Padstal. This coming December we are going to have a pop-up Christmas Market in December. Bring your products and we will sell it for you. Halfpad will provide the space, tables, supervision and a pay point. You can sell ANYTHING except plants and take away food. The list of possible items to sell is endless - Gifts, Decorations, Handmade Items, Needle Work, Cookies, Bread, Fresh Fruit and Veggies........ MOLTENO CLEAN_UP Ons is trots op ons Saterdag span wat so fluks vullis optel. Vandag 4 mense wat 120 sakke vol vulles opgetel het. Hierdie span fokus op probleem areas waar inwoners onwettig vulles stort en die fonds word aangwend om hierdie mense te vergoed. n Baie klein persentasie inwoners dra by tot die fonds waarvoor ons BAIE DANKBAAR is. Vrydae word ALLE sakke opgelaai wat na 9 op die sypaadjies staan of die inwoner nou betaal of nie. So NIEMAND in die dorp het n verskoning om vullis op lee erwe en publieke areas te stort nie. Elkeen se bydrae maak n verskil aan die HELE DORP se netheid.
