Dumelang guys My name is Koketso I am from tembisa phomolong.
So I have started this programme called "Get up programme".
So anyone who want to join me beat this stigma in our community and make it a better place is free.
So my programme in a nutshell is promoting or raising awareness to people with anxiety depression and also who have suicidal thoughts. We not gonna pity each other and cry all day long. The world is not waiting get up and get them .
