"Honey, I'm pregnant"
I said and my husband laughed and laughed.
What was funny?
"It's either you're cheating on me or you're lying" he said and continued to read the newspaper
"What... what do you mean?"
"What I mean is that, I can't father a child.
The doctor told me last week" he said
He was right. The pregnancy belongs to his best friend. I'm done for. What would I do?
I have been having extramarital affairs 4 years after the marriage. I couldn't get pregnant and the doctor said that nothing was wrong with me. My husband never went for check ups.
I became scared that I would be sent packing if I don't give him a child
So I started having affairs with Jake. My husband's best friend. What a shame. A big shame for I didn't know that my husband would listen to his elder sister who pressured him to go for check up last week.
How would I tell him that his best friend, who is only a manager at his hotel is the owner of my unborn child?
I am in a big trouble.
