John Kani, Thuso Mbedu, Kagiso Lediga and Lebo M to represent South Africa 🇿🇦 in "Mufasa:The Lion King"🦁🇺🇲

South African Hollywood actor John Kani known for his role on the Black Panther and many other movies will be playing the Rafiki role on Mufasa The Lion King.

Another South African Hollywood star Thuso Mbedu known for her lead role on The Woman King and other Hollywood movies will be playing the Junia role in the new movie.

South African actor, comedian and businessman Kagiso Lediga will be playing Young Rafiki while Lebo M will be composing music for the movie.

With South Africans dominating the cast🇿🇦 for Africa. There is also one Nigerian actor by the name of Folake Olowofoyeku who will be playing Amara 🇳🇬

Mufasa: The Lion King premiered on December 9, 2024, at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, and is scheduled to be released in the United States by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures on December 20, 2024.
