It’s that time when you should be testing all waters. Because the day your parents stop working and you have your own family to take off. It will be too late then to take any form of business risk.

The day when you have to discuss with your wife first before you invest R50k in a business that will be too late.

It’s very much advisable to take risk while you don’t have too many responsibilities. Yes you might lose a lot of money, your peers might be getting ahead in life while your busy learning and taking business risk, but it will all be worthy. By the time you reach your mid 30’s you’d already have a lot of experience in different fields of business.
Something that you can’t just buy. By 40 you should be a millionaire.
