Who are qualified to take the QCUCAT?

Grade 12 students expected to graduate at the end of AY 2022-2023.

Graduates of Senior High School Program.
Alternative Learning System Accreditation & Equivalency (ALS A&E) Test for Secondary Level Passer on 2016-2018, eligible for admission to college.

Transfer Student
All those who graduated valedictorian or salutatorian from their high schools are exempted to take the QCUCAT, provided that they present a certification from their school.

Reminders:

*Senior High School graduates who have not enrolled immediately after they graduated or college students who stopped for a year must present an Affidavit of Non-enrollment in technical or degree program to other universities.

* For applicants from schools with non-numerical (Pass/Fail grades), please present a Certificate of Non-issuance of Numerical Grades (issued by the School Registrar)

• Is calculated by adding your 6 subjects excluding Life Orientation
• Life Orientation is not counted in the calculation of the total APS.

❗What l will do is, l will only post the APS, and marks/level required for certain subjects
FOR EXAMPLE
If you see

• They only require English

• If you know you have 26 APS and English Level 4 on your results, it means there is a course or courses you qualify for at UP
• It is now your RESPONSIBILITY to go and download the UJ Prospectus and look for the course, it will be there.
