CrossFit Open 2022 - 22.2
Well done to everyone that took part in 22.2 at CrossFit East London. One more to go and everyone looks super strong.
Today is day 12 of 14, filming this cycle tour called The Heritage Ride. Over 1000km cycled so far.
The average age of the 6 cyclists is 61. Oldest being 78.
