Knews Room was officially registered in 2020. In 3 years this is what I have learned that’s gotten my brand here:

1. Work with people who have the same ethics as you.

2. Don’t work with cheap it bears no value.

3. Continue to learn and refine your craft.

4. If a market is saturated, reposition your business within a specialised area that is not being serviced.

5. Pay attention to your clients and the needs they express without verbal communication.

6. Trust your gut, always.

7. Money is fleeting, success is gradual.

8. Don’t underestimate the power of networking.

9. Only charge what it is worth.

10. Be flexible because nothing stays the same.

When weeks go by in a blink of an eye.

We wake up on Monday and hit the ground running and before we know it, it’s already Friday again. You think back to what you’ve done this week and it always goes one of two ways:

1 - Super productive and feeling accomplished

Or

2 - You know you worked all week but you cannot recall all you’ve done.

Though they may seem to be complete opposites, they entirely are not.

Sometimes you get s**t done, other times you build your foundation toward doing so. Just because the greater goal was not checked off of your to-do list, it does not mean that you have not worked towards it.

Be kind to yourself because time is fleeting and life is finite. Make the most of what you have left of it.

Oh the trail of lights, a magnificent outdoor experience in one of the oldest botanical gardens in the world. The trees are lit and you’re blinded by the light statues that make for photo worthy pictures.

A gin garden with a kids play area. Brilliant idea! Needs to stay and become a part of the botanical gardens forever.

The garden is both flooded with light and people. Perhaps it’s the result of the history of quarantine, but I value my space. It is an amazing experience to be surrounded by so much energy. Bamboozling to the senses.

Parents, remember that you’re in a natural garden where many plants grow. Your children will most likely want to touch them. Some plants may cause mild irritation so be sure to pack Germaline in your handbag.

It is a question worth asking.

‘Social media’ began with the objective of making human connection easier by helping others understand more about the complexity behind the human character.

Though it now seems to be no more than software enacting as human itself while humans bow to the machine that they have now become a slave to.

I believe that social media can be used for good if done so with the consideration of the human on the receiving end.
