SWEDEN 🇸🇪 ON THE SPOT OVER LGBTQ 🏳️‍🌈 RIGHTS AS SWEDEN BASED UGANDAN FACES DEPORTATION!
Trouble and confusion ensues as Sweden based Ugandan le***an by the names of Nassuna Davita is facing deportation. This tabloid has learnt that the Swedish Migration Agency has allegedly decided to deport her, even though she is married to a woman.

Background:

Worldwide, Sweden is regarded as the most safest nation and upholder of several freedoms and human rights.
Le***an, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) rights in Sweden are regarded as some of the most progressive in Europe and the world. Same-sex sexual activity was legalised in 1944 and the age of consent was equalized to that of heterosexual activity in 1972.
According to the overall objective of the Swedish gender equality policy is that women and men shall have the same power to shape society and their own lives. The Government is committed to achieving this objective through a policy agenda that reduces inequality and stereotypical gender roles and structures.

Despite that track record of tolerating and condoning LGBTQ rights for a long period of time, Davita’s stay and enjoyment of such rights in Sweden is under unrivalled threat. But despite the fact that Davita is a le***an, the Swedish Migration Agency and the Migration Court have decided to send her back to Uganda – a country that has just passed the Anti-Homosexuality Act which is life-threatening for LGBTQ+ people.

How/why does Nassuna Davita relocate to Sweden?

Reliable sources confirm that Davita was arrested by the Uganda Police in September 2022 on allegations of indulging herself into homosexuality actions, however, during the course of facing courts of law and get charged with offences under the Anti-Homosexuality act 2023, Davita forged ways of escaping from custody. It is believed that Nassuna spent three days in Police custody.
It is further alleged that she bribed officers on duty and in December 2022 she found her way out of Uganda through acquiring a visa to Sweden where she sought solace. Despite seeking for a free society that tolerates LGBTQ rights, news reaching our desk confirm that she is to be deported.

On the efforts of seeking clarity, the Police Spokesman told this tabloid that they are also hunting down for Davita to face the long arm of the law under the Anti- Homosexuality Act, 2023. “Davita won’t only be charged with indulging herself in acts that violate the Anti-Homosexuality Act of 2023, but shall also face charges of escapism from police cells.” Adds the Police Spokesperson.
Many citizens in Uganda are calling for a death sentence for numerous Ugandan LGBTQ community and activists including Nassuna Davita since this vice is treated as an abomination in African society.

Davita joins the long list of many Ugandans who have fled the country in search for societies that condone LGBTQ rights. Many have sought for asylum in European countries where they believe they can freely enjoy their freedoms and justice to life without discrimination or persecution for their beliefs.

WHAT LIES AHEAD OF NASSUNA DAVITA?

If she “Nassuna Davita “ is deported to Uganda, she is likely to blow hot and cold because escaping from a police cell in Uganda is highly punishable, putting that aside, bribing an officer is as far as criminal is concerned has also got a larger magnitude.

According to the Anti homosexuality act as passed by the Ugandan legislators in 2023, the maximum penalty for engaging in homosexuality acts is life imprisonment, whereas the maximum penalty for attempted homosexuality is ten years imprisonment. The maximum penalty for aggravated homosexuality is death. The maximum penalty for promoting homosexuality is imprisonment for twenty years.
