It's time to pause and reflect on where we are right now. It's a stressful time for all of us. Some of us have had to readjust our goals to adapt to the current situation. It's okay to postpone, it's okay to move into another direction for a little while. But Keep Going! And don't lose sight of what you really want. It will come when the time is right.

Yesterday we discovered the history of diamonds- one of South Africa's biggest exports @ctdiamondmuseum Shimansky diamonds are all ethically sourced and the tour included a diamond mining simulation walk through and a workshop, showing us how diamonds are cut and polished.

Had a great interview at @carthorseprotection - a non-profit Cape Town based animal welfare organisation that focuses on equine welfare in the Western Cape. Article to follow soon.

Jo spent some time at SARDA - South African Riding for the Disabled Association. Their aim is to provide the opportunity of therapeutic and recreational horse riding for disabled people so that they might benefit in all aspects of their mental, physical and social lives. Article to follow soon.
