"One day, a student placed a piece of paper on his classmate's back with the word ""stupid"" and asked the rest of the class not to leave anything out." They all stayed quiet while laughing at each other.

During the maths class, the teacher asked a problem on the board. Only one boy managed to figure it out. Despite the laughter surrounding him, he went to the board and solved the problem without understanding why everyone was laughing.

The teacher took out the leaf, showed it to the boy and said, "Apparently, you don't know one of your ""classmates"" pasted this on your back." Just know my boy, as you go through your life people will label you. Most of them will just aim to hinder your progress. If you knew about this mock word stuck on your back, you probably wouldn't have stood up to solve this problem on the board and thus show your knowledge.

What you did today is exactly what you should continue to do: ignore the labels that people will try to stick to you and embrace every opportunity to learn and improve. "

Turning to other students, the teacher added, "It's obvious you don't have any loyal friends in this class, otherwise I suppose he'd have warned you." No matter how many friends you have, what matters most is loyalty. A friend is one who defends you behind your back, the rest is mere talk.. »

📍 Location: Unit 29, 77 De Waal Drive, Diep River I tried their Barbecue Chicken Full House Roti Gatsby and WOW… 🤯🔥 yes, I know there are rules and regulations for what a Gatsby “should” be, but hear me out: sometimes the best results come when we break the mold. 💡 Just like great leaders, high performers, and skilled professionals — stepping out of the conventional can lead to something incredible! 🙌🥇

This Gatsby was a delicious result to thinking outside the box . 🥳👏

The Secret to Success and Leadership: It’s All in Your Mindset When we think of success, many of us envision a life filled with material comforts: a prestigious job, a spacious home, the latest gadgets, a shiny new car, and a wardrobe that turns heads. While these can be symbols of success, they are not the essence of it. True success runs much deeper than the items we own or the titles we hold. It is defined by how we approach life and lead ourselves and others, even when the external markers aren’t in our favor.

To be truly successful, you don’t need a better job, home, phone, car, or wardrobe. What you need is a better mindset. The Power of Mindset Mindset is the silent force that steers your decisions, shapes your reactions, and determines your approach to challenges. It can be your greatest asset or your biggest roadblock. Developing a better mindset means nurturing resilience, positivity, growth, and empathy—qualities that are essential not only for personal success but for leadership as well.

• Growth Mindset vs. Fixed Mindset : People with a fixed mindset believe that their abilities, intelligence, and talents are static. They fear failure and avoid challenges that could expose their limitations. In contrast, those with a growth mindset believe that abilities can be developed through hard work and dedication. They see failures as opportunities to learn and grow. This shift in thinking is what sets leaders and successful individuals apart from the rest.
• Resilience and Adaptability : Life is full of twists and turns. A successful person doesn’t crumble under pressure; they adapt and grow stronger. Why Material Success Isn’t the Answer A better job, home, phone, car, or clothes might bring temporary satisfaction, but they can’t bring long-lasting fulfillment or success if your mindset isn’t aligned. You buy the latest phone, and the next model catches your attention. The cycle never ends, leaving you feeling unsatisfied and exhausted.

🌮🍕tonight I indulged in a little fusion masterpiece called the Taco Pizza from Pizza Inn and it got me thinking… 🤔💭 But first, what’s a taco pizza? Well, imagine the delicious, chewy crust of an Italian pizza meeting the spicy, hearty toppings of a Mexican taco. 🇮🇹❤️🇲🇽 We’re talking juicy ground beef, prawns (yes, prawns! 🦐), and an explosion of flavors and textures that transport you straight to the best of both worlds. 🌍✨

Here’s the thing: mixing Italian and Mexican flavors shouldn’t work, but it does — brilliantly. The classic pizza base, thin and light, embraces the bold taco toppings, from seasoned meats to tangy sauce, all balanced out with just the right amount of messiness. 🍅🥩🌶️ It’s an unexpected twist that proves sometimes the best experiences come when we step outside of our comfort zones. 🌀 Life Lesson Alert! 🚨 Eating that taco pizza got me thinking about life and leadership. It’s a reminder that sometimes we need to blend our own “Italian” (comfort zones, traditions, familiarity) with a little bit of “Mexican” (adventure, boldness, new perspectives). 🤹‍♂️

For anyone out there who’s a high performer, a go-getter, or leading a team! 😉), it’s easy to stick to what’s tried and true. But let’s be real — growth, innovation, and those memorable wow moments come from taking a bite out of something unexpected.
