- 1 big broccoli ๐ฅฆ
- 1 green pepper ๐ซ
- 2 red peppers
- 1kg of chicken breast๐ (you can put less if you want less protein)
- 200g basmati rice ๐
Start by cutting all the ingredients in small pieces, and put aside.
In a small pot, cook the rice for 10 min approx, and in the meantime, in a large pot, add 1 table spoon olive oil ๐ซ, let it warm for a bit and add all the peppers and the chicken together. I seasoned my chicken with salt and pepper ๐ง.
While the rice and the chicken is cooking, add some soya sauce ๐ฅข (at your convenience) and stir the pot to make the chicken absorb the sauce ๐คค. Add the broccoli inside the pot and let it cook for a few minutes.
Once the rice is done, add it to the pot to mix everything together. Add some teriyaki sauce (just some ๐), mix all together and let it cool down.
When everything is ready, take your boxes, fill them in 5 portions and here you gooooo !! Ready for your next 5 meals ๐
