*MISSING PATIENT: Mr Michael Mofokeng*

Universitas Academic Hospital (UAH) requests the assistance of the public in locating a patient.

Mr Michael Mofokeng, aged 45, went missing from UAH Annex at National District Hospital on 10 July 2024.

Mofokeng (pics attached) was transferred from Bethlehem to Pelonomi Tertiary Hospital’s Trauma Unit in Bloemfontein, where he was admitted and then discharged several days later.

After being discharged from Pelonomi, he was then sent to the eye clinic at Annex via the ambulance.

However, he apparently vanished into thin air immediately after the patient record file was opened for him.

Mofokeng may be wearing private clothing now.

Anyone who might have any information or seen this patient can contact the hospital’s Acting Nursing Manager, Mr Jack Radebe, on 084-437-1793 /051-405-9311 as soon as possible.

A total of number 161 undocumented persons and 25 suspects for malicious damage to property are amongst Six hundred and 698 suspects apprehended for various offenses during that commenced last week on Monday 19 August 2024 until Sunday 25 August 2024 across the Limpopo province.
