REGISTRATIONS ARE OPEN! CALLING ALL POLAR BEAR PLUNGERS! WHY NOT COME AND GET FREEZIN’ FOR A VERY GOOD REASON!

This is one of our favourite fundraisers and this year it is going to be bigger and better than ever! Fouriesburg is our home base, and we all really love our little town, and we are hoping to use this event to help to shine a spotlight and to get more people to visit this gorgeous part of the world. So, if you are brave enough to take on one of the toughest winter water events…then this is for you!

Please come and join us at the Arpa Adventure Farm Fouriesburg just outside of Fouriesburg (swim is at 12 noon) on the 6th July 2024 or if you can’t make it down to our neck of the woods, you can take the plunge remotely and send us a video of your antics

Plus, all of the brave swimmers are automatically entered into a Lucky Draw to win some amazing prizes, including vouchers, cash and some other wonderful goodies!

Only R100 to enter plus a donation of dog/cat food and we are also asking all spectators and supporters who come out to watch to also bring a dog/cat food donation.

There will be Glühwein or hot chocolate available to all swimmers who finish the plunge and there will be lots of yummy food and drinks available for you to buy from our friends Jana and Braam from Di Plaasstoep Fouriesburg. RZN are back again, and they will help provide the gees for the day with their tunes…we had no idea there were so many water/ice songs, but last year they kept us all entertained!

As this is a fundraiser, all of the funds raised go towards helping us fund our veterinary outreach work. And if you would like to take up the challenge of getting your swim sponsored by your friends, family, and colleagues, let us know because sponsorship forms are available. Plus, the swimmer that raises the most money (minimum entry is R10,000) will win an amazing prize of 2 nights for 2 people midweek at the stunning Nature's Loft in their Sunflower Loft which has a private hot tub, valued at over R5000!
