💗Special Bibingka 💗

Ingredients:
1. 1 cup glutinous rice
2. 1 cup all purpose flour
3. 1 1/2 baking soda
4. 3/4 cup sugar
5. 1 1/2 cup evap milk
6. 1 tsp salt
7. 3 Tbsp melted butter
8. 1/2 cup grated young fresh
Coconut

Toppings:
4 salted eggs sliced
1/2 cup cheese cubed

Procedures:
1. Sift all 1-3 ingredients
2. Mix 4-7 ingredients.
3. Combine 1&2 and mix well.
4. Then pour on young coconut
and fold.

Cut clean and heated rounded banana leaves and put into molder as lining.
Pour on the batter mixture. I used 1/2 cup for measurement.
Put on the toppings.
Preheat oven. Baked for 30-40 mins.....enjoy!
