A translation of Nick Gentile's early "Vita di Capomafia" manuscript was circulated among FBI offices in May 1964. In June, the U.S. Justice Department asked informant Joseph Valachi to begin work on his autobiography.

The issue release is scheduled for Nov. 1, 2024. The articles submission deadline is Friday, Aug. 30, 2024. The advertising deadline is Oct. 1, 2024.

Printing service's labor and materials costs have climbed just a bit. Prices on our paperback book editions (Oct 2020, Oct 2021 and Nov 2022) and hardcover book edition (Nov 2022 only) are rising slightly as a result. Magazine, electronic magazine and electronic book formats are unaffected by the increase.
