Our Story
Kaleidoscope Consulting was established by four young women to build and support progress in communities that need it most. Coming from the world of social justice nonprofits and campaigns, we understand the challenges and importance of finding ways to most effectively create change and live our values.
With this in mind, we started Kaleidoscope Consulting to offer support and training to progressive small businesses, nonprofits, candidates, and individuals to help them make more impactful changes in their communities and to rethink the traditional ways in which we organize and build power. We are a non-hierarchical business that focuses on approaching work in an intersectional manner that lifts up marginalized people and voices, specifically women, people of color, those with low income, and LGBTQIA+ communities. We also aim to assist allied businesses, nonprofits, candidates, and individuals in learning how to genuinely center and give power to these communities in the work they do.
