The vision of Freedom Outreach Radio began with the incarnation of Terrell L. Wilson, Tehuti Hotep Ptah.During his incarceration he was able to see how the prison industrial complex had stifled the voices of incarcerated men. His struggle to assert his innocents to the superior courts of Washington state fell upon dead ears. Tehuti found that when doing time friends and family seem to falloff.
