Isopanisad Radio Hour was a weekly radio show on WIIT 88.9FM Chicago celebrating the work of the Mountain Goats, all the way from John Darnielle's tape recorder days to now. In 2016 and 2017, we broadcast live each week on air and online at radio.iit.edu, and a third season may one day be forthcoming.

Hey y'all, Soren here. It's been awhile.

Today, I met somebody at random who used to listen to IRH, and who said the show meant a lot to them. Though I don't have as much time as I used to, I want to find a way to bring a new season to y'all eventually. I'm going to make this a goal of mine over the coming months.

In the meantime, I'm interested in starting a stable archive of recordings of the episodes of IRH that aired back in 2016 and 2017. I'll keep you posted once that's up and running. Thank you all for caring so much about this little radio show after literal years have passed! It makes my day whenever anybody asks about it or tells me they used to listen.
