𝟭. 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝘁𝘀 𝗢𝗰𝗰𝘂𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀:

- Identify the occupants of the house and uncover the building's ownership through public records.
- Delve into any history or connections that may offer insights into why the building contained explosives.
