A huge shout out to all the composers and artist Stuart Hartley for creating this. Zeynep also features solo piano by Mark Anthony Turnage and I play a bit too. Allenby Rd Studio had its first booking today. A very enjoyable day recording violin and piano in a relaxed atmosphere. The piano sounds great and the client left saying that they wanted to come back to do more. Can’t ask for more than that!

Marlie Media was out in force this weekend recording National Symphony Orchestra conducted by Debbie Wiseman and featuring soloists Jack Liebeck and Michael Collins. Thanks as always to Adaq Khan for masterful sound and to Edd and Dan for their camera work. Great to catch up with Tom Bowles too who took care of the photography for us.

Marlie Media’s latest video for Viking Cruises features Debbie Wisemanconducting the National Symphony Orchestra in a new piece called ‘Onwards’. It’s a mix of travelogue and a documentary of the session at Henry Wood Hall. Filmed in Canon 12 bit RAW and colour graded. Thanks to Adaq Khan for sound engineering and Dan, Edd, Phin and Dave for cameras. We really gave this one the full service!
