The Gateway to the Golden Eras of Music - The Roadhouse is a brand new radio show airing every Thursday 21.00 - 23.00 on Pure 107.8FM, hosted by Nigel Cartner. The show will pay homage to the great music of the last 60 years, predominately focussing around guitar based music that covers: classic rock, blues rock, blues, prog, americana, folk, indie, alternative, punk, garage. ska, new wave

Expect

to hear tracks from well known artists but the tracks not necessarily played a lot on the radio, as well as forgotten bands/artists and songs of the last 60 years. One or two newer, underground bands/artists will feature each week as we still like to promote the excellent music that doesn't quite get the attention it deserves. We have a couple of regular features each week to keep the show light-hearted, interesting and fun! So stop off at The Roadhouse every Thursday evening and prepare for two hours of the best music that has graced the ages.
