Musician, Artist

Born Sherwin Jalim or better known as QUARTER BILL.
Born in the small Health Center of La Ressource, Dennery, Saint Lucia. Migrated to Brooklyn, New York at the age of 16.
Quarter, a name adopted from his late brother Lester in their high school days. “Bill/Billion/Billionaire”, would be later added after moving to the US.

World Music, would best describe the most fitting genre for Billion’s music.
The combination of multiple genres from Reggae, Roots, Pop, Hip Hop, Dancehall, Alternative and many other influences fused together brings us to the conclusion that this is music for the World and not to be categorized as any one specific type of music.
