‘It’s Killing Me’ has been a hit in Miss Monique’s sets over the last few months, providing an intense, moody soundtrack. A peak time throbbing, mid bass is mirrored with electrifying dark stabs, while the haunting vocal led breakdown gives the track a memorable hook moment. “OWA” compliments the release nicely, keeping the tone of the EP with a suspenseful arp locked into the dark rolling bass.

The Advocate Losing Control is the final release of a month long series from Miss Monique's vital Siona Records that has celebrated her home county of Ukraine.
Artaria, Alan Wools, Cherry and SAINT CODE have all contributed before now and this final release is another superb piece of techno. Ukrainian DJ and musician The Advocate has made his mark on the global scene with tracks played all over the world and often topping Beatport charts. He has high profile support from taste-making DJs and his music has millions on streams while he plays all over the world.
Losing Control is a slow burning track that very much locks you into a state of hypnosis as the deft synths unfold. They bring light and soul and will sweep the club off its feet with dramatic textures and big drops keeping things fresh while a dark vocal locks in the moodiness. Second cut Starlight is another deep, dynamic techno tune that comes live with some majestic synth swirls and bright, shiny melodies that give off uplifting cosmic energy.
This is another superb release and one that shows Ukraine is full of innovative techno talent.
Alan Wools is no stranger to Siona Records, having released several big tracks on the label as one half of Two Are. Now, the brilliant Ukrainian artist drops his first Alan Wools EP on Miss Monique's label.

Brian Harrison and Martin Kasall are Brigado Crew and they have released their music on top labels like Stil vor Talent, Sincopat and many more. They have played all over the world and impress again here.
First up they link with MAC:ANNÂ for Existence and lay down deep, rolling basslines with thunderous claps and drums overlaid with some scintillating synth lines that bring scale. It is then AFFKT who joins them on Python which is a deeply hypnotic roller with fizzing pads and crisp beats taking you higher. The final collab is with Crisstiano on Kidness and this one has spoken word snippets over snappy drums that get you in the groove and keep you there as the deft synth lines shine bright up above.
