Let’s make Potato Puffs 😋 Ingredients:—>Olive oil (or any oil of your choice) Cumin seedsCoriander seeds4 Boiled Potatoes Finely chopped ginger Chopped fresh coriander (optional)Black or any other salt to taste 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder 1/2 Cumin poder1/4 teaspoon of asafoetida (Hing) 1 teaspoon of Aamchur powder Red chilli powder to taste Method/Preparation:—> 1. Heat up pan 2. Pour in olive oil3. Add in cumin and coriander seeds4. Add in finely chopped ginger. 5. Throw in boiled potatoes 6. Add in 1/4 teaspoon of asafoetida (Hing)7. Add in black salt and normal salt according to your taste8. Add in 1/2 teaspoon of cumin and Coriander power, followed by 1 teaspoon of aamchur powder and red chilli powder. 9. Mix until everything well combined and set it aside to let it cool down. 10. Now grab your puff pastry sheets and defrost them. 11. Cut your puff pastry sheets in squares and add your potato filling in the middle of the sheet. 12. Fold and close your puff pastry sheets. 13. Chuck it into over at 180 degree C for 15 mins or more until golden brown Then serve hot and fresh with tomato sauce. Boil, cook and grind your spinach into a spinach puree. 2. Pour in Olive oil into a separate pot. 3. Add Cumin seeds, Coriander seeds and Dry red chillies into the oil. 4. Add chopped garlic, ginger and onions.5. Pour in 2 fresh tomatoes puree.6. Add in 3/4 teaspoon of turmeric, coriander and cumin powder. 7. Add salt to taste, stir well and let it cook until oil separates from masala. 8. Pour in boiled spinach puree and stir well until combine. 9. Add in tofu then stir, followed by kauri methi and 1/2 teaspoon of Pav bhaji masala. 10. Let it boil then cover with lid and lit it simmer on low heat. 11. Once the gravy thickens, take it off the heat.
