Our Story
For nearly 15 years, Point & Shoot Films has been making short films, spoofs, and mock trailers. In 2016, we released our first feature film, an anthology horror movie called The Carnage Collection. Receiving nearly universal praise from the underground horror community, the movie was released in multiple collector’s editions - including DVD, Blu-ray, and even VHS. It was a finalist at the TOXXIC Film Festival, and the winner of the BanGORE Film Festival in Bangor, Maine.
In 2018, pre-production began on a sequel to The Carnage Collection, and a new script was completed for an upcoming film, But I Wouldn’t Want to Live There, an updated re-telling of the classic Twilight Zone episode, A Nice Place to Visit. Production on both films is slated to begin in 2019.
