Big news in ECC world; mom to the three dog amigos, enabler extraordinaire, and key/core member of retired today! She will now be the full time hunter/fisher of the group! Congratulations for the well deserved retirement. Although I am not sure how much less stress she will have considering she will now have to put up with full time! 〽️

2023/2024 waterfowl season is officially over. Quaker seems a bit sad this will be his last duck for the year. In preparation for next season everyone should take a look at the proposed changes being discussed by Environment and Climate Change Canada.

ECC members and Corey started the 2024 year off with a bang. Low tide, low wind, low pressure meant low bird movement, but the guys still had fun getting out. Looks like some migrators finally showed up, those orange legs pop!

I don’t think Quaker is happy he had to get up early, just to sit in the cold, for the geese to decide they weren’t coming to the dance! Although I don’t think he appreciates how spoiled he is!
