Merry Christmas! Jesus came to earth so that you can spend eternity with him.

Let’s take a moment to pray together:

"Dear God, You have given us the greatest hope in your Son, Jesus Christ. Thank you for being a good God who loves his creation so much that you sent a Savior to redeem it.

Christmas is not a cure for grief or hardship, but the gift of Jesus Christ is. You’ve given us the hope of salvation through faith in Jesus.

We can celebrate Jesus’s coming to earth—not because it makes all our troubles go away but because we can have the joy of your promise to heal our hearts and one day return to make all things whole again.

We want to be the kind of people who embody and exhibit your joy. Give us strength and courage to live a joy-filled life, anchored in your faithfulness and past grace and overflowing with hope for future grace.

Please help us to share the reason for our joy with the people around us who are hurting this Christmas. Thank you for giving us reasons to be glad.

Heavenly Father, we don’t want this day of thanksgiving to end without taking a moment to reflect and focus on who you are. Let's pray:

"I want to start every day with gratitude. Everything I have is a gift from you, and I don’t express that gratitude enough. Please help me to be grateful.

Thank you for who you are. Thank you for being good, holy, and just. Thank you for your kindness, forgiveness, love, and mercy.

I want to thank you for what you’ve already done in my life.
You made me. You saved me. You answer my prayers. You give me guidance. You even died on the cross to pay for all my sins.

Thank you for all that you’ve promised. For promising life after death. For meeting all my needs and for never leaving or abandoning me.

I want to live my life with an attitude of gratitude. I want to sing to you, pray to you, and tell others about you. I want to give generously back to you and serve you. I want to live each day as a thank you gift. I want to trust you and love you.

And I humbly say this with great gratitude. Amen."

中國內地女歌手陳佳（Teresa Chen Jia）生於北京，被譽為當代於音色和演繹最近似鄧麗君的歌手。她精通鋼琴，也能作曲填詞。她推出過多張得到好評的HiFi專輯，也是國學推廣節目《輕談國學歌風雅》的主持人及主唱
中國歌唱家陳佳三歲起隨中央音樂學院鋼琴系教授學習鋼琴，考入中央音樂學院附小。十三歲獲得全國音協考級及中央音樂學院海內外鋼琴考級最高級證書，曾多次在北京市中小學藝術節中獲獎。十八歲參加清華大學舉辦的全國高中特長生鋼琴考試，獲得一級（最高級）證書以及北京大學舉辦的全國高中生鋼琴考試第二名。
陳佳十一歲考入中國交響樂團附屬少年及女子合唱團，曾隨團參加第十四屆義大利「圭多•達萊佐」國際複調合唱比賽，獲得少年組第二名。她多次出訪美國、俄羅斯、義大利、日本以及港、澳、台等多個國家和地區，參加各類演出數百場。
陳佳自幼受家人影響，對鄧麗君產生了非同一般的感情，癡迷於聆聽鄧麗君的歌曲。她的特點是可以精准地背唱鄧麗君各個時期多種語言的歌曲。她多次獲邀參加紀念鄧麗君的音樂會，包括2012年底簽約鄧麗君文教基金會，2013年在北京萬事達體育館參加同一首歌十九億個掌聲的鄧麗君紀念音樂會，與周傑倫、梁靜茹、蕭敬騰等在臺北小巨蛋參加追夢鄧麗君誕辰60周年紀念音樂會，與王菲、蕭敬騰、彭佳慧、張靚穎等在北京首都體育館參加追夢巨星耀北京的紀念鄧麗君誕辰60周年音樂會及2014年參加環球唱片公司鄧麗君黃金黑膠唱片發佈會等活動。
