Little late on posting this. The big day was last week on the 4th, then on the 6th had my 1st B12 injection. I feel amazing so far, I am in ketosis. Annnnd I have felt a lot better since that shot. My next follow up in this weekend. The "Before" videos have been created and in 2 months I will add some after videos to reveal my progress. I hope you like this video.

01/04/24 is my official start date with Med-Weightloss in North Andover, MA.
This will be quite the transition, but I am open to the challenge and promise I have made to myself.
This journey will not be easy, but it will be full of accomplishments, possible setbacks and a whole lot of emotions.
I am curious to meet myself in a year…who will be looking back?
