Ways You Can Help Those Affected By Fires Raging Across L.A. County ❤️‍🩹

If you’re currently planning a wedding consider (in lieu of a wedding registry), ask guests to consider donating to the following L.A. County Fire relief funds...

➡️ The Dream Center - an L.A.-based charitable organization that’s offering emergency shelter to those evacuated in the Palisades and Eaton Canyon fires.

➡️ California Fire Relief - direct relief which provides N-95 masks, medicine, and resources to health-care agencies and first responders in areas affected by wildfires.

➡️ World Central Kitchen - Southern California’s relief team providing sandwiches and water to evacuated people in need of immediate relief and resources, as well as to responders and emergency personnel on the frontlines.

👷🏻 Or, consider volunteering! LAFD and LACFD need roads to remain clear and everyone to stay safe, so please do not self-deploy to impacted areas. Here are a few organizations that have specifically asked for help:

➡️ National Emergency Child Care Network - deploys volunteers to a family’s home, to a disaster shelter, or a pop-up childcare center at a work space to provide immediate child care when all schools and childcare shut down due to a disaster.
