I made this 7 sacred species salad before we left for Israel. Maybe it's the ingredients, maybe it's how pretty it is, maybe it's that it reminds me of Israel, but this salad with figs, barley, wheat, pomegranates, olives, dates and grapes is amazing. I truly believe it must be sacred!
