Everything in the physical universe has a polar opposite. Up has down. Good has bad. Light has shadow. Male has female. Pleasure has pain.
This law of polarity is literally built in within the very fabric of our physical existence. Every atom have a positive and negative charge to it, does it not?
There is no separating the 2 ends of polarity. And you must experience the contrasts to distinguish them.
From the Relative Perspective, everything in reality contains at least 2 opposing characteristics that each contain the essence of the other within itself. Opposites are identical in nature, but different in degrees.
You need to experience darkness to appreciate the light. You must learn to give if you wish to receive.
The mainstream media loves to use the law of polarity to their advantage and divide us. And this has been happening for years. You’ve got left vs right, religion vs science, christians vs satanists, and all these seemingly “opposite” sides, which do nothing but reinforce themselves into an infinite vicious cycle.
For e.g., creating more laws is by nature going to create more criminals. Does this mean we shouldn’t try and maintain order and organise our society? Of course not. But when you go too extreme on one end and divide everybody into an us vs them mentality, this will just create more problems, more polarity.
“To destroy an undesirable rate of mental vibration, put into operation the principle of Polarity and concentrate upon the opposite pole to that which you desire to suppress. Kill out the undesirable by changing its Polarity.”
Basically my life staple: Salmon and avocados 🥑
If you have “ADHD” (dumb term but we’ll work with it), or what I like to think of as a hunter brain type, then:
omega 3s = your best friend.
Fast carbs and sugar = your enemy
In other words, having high quality protein and fats will help your brain operate on a sustainable optimal level, while most breads and grains will not only weaken your immune system, but it dramatically increases your “ADHD” symptoms.
Diet is only one small piece of a larger complex puzzle, but if you cut out fast carbs (get your slow carbs from veggies and fruit instead), and increase your omega 3 intake, I promise you will notice a significant change.
PS: I consider ADHD to be a dumb term because simplifying an entire neurological type that has many layers to an “attention disorder” is not only nonsensical, but putting the “disorder” label creates a subconscious victim mindset that makes you think something is wrong with your brain that can only be fixed with drugs. Yes “ADHD” is a very real neurological type (I’ve been diagnosed since I was a kid) but the name is so off the mark it’s dangerous.
The problem is that hunter brain types are just much more sensitive to bad diet, stimulation and living certain lifestyles that doesn’t align with your character type. But once you adjust the right levers in life, this brain type can actually be a superpower. But if you live the wrong lifestyle, then your hunter brain type will be against you in ways that are debilitating (hence the “disorder” in ADHD).
The mind is the greatest tool humans have. And this is why the mind is targeted by corporations and government. Be free, be silly, step outside the box. Or as NWA said, “EXPRESS YOURSELF”

Testing out Photoshops new AI generation technology. The photo is real, but I added a red hat just by drawing a square over Felix’s head and typing “hat” and…voila! It’s insane that we’re only in the “pong” phase of AI. Imagine once we get to the “PS5” and beyond phase. Wild.
Thoughts on AI? I know there’s all these videos on AI being Skynet which will be the end of humans, but then again, every generation we go through a end of the world panic. Every technology is a double edged sword, depending on who uses it. Some will use it for world domination, others will use it to put a red hat on their cat.
The diversity and polarity of human nature I guess.
Monkey business in Bali
during in Japan 🇯🇵
There’s a cool theme park near the base of Mt Fuji which has the steepest roller coaster in the world! It was wild. As you slowly rise up at the top of the roller coaster ride…you see the iconic mountain peak that is so beautiful it almost brings a tear to your eye. Then in a split second this insane Japanese contraption plummets you down at 270 degrees at god like speed while spinning you around. I’m not typically into roller coaster rides, but that was pretty damn epic.
Couple highlights from my Japan trip
When I went through US customs as a layover to Mexico, one of the officers said to me (in a strong American twang):
“In the USA you are innocent until proven guilty. In Mexico you are guilty until proven innocent”
As a Latino I’m no stranger to the reality of obvious corruption in Latin American countries.
So we’re driving through the northern desert of Mexico (real de catorce) on our way to a 🌵 fire ceremony with a shaman. We get pulled over at the side of the highway by some federales.
Uh oh..
Me and my friend Felipe are both foreigners, meaning that these cops thought it could be a good pay day for them. Cops in Mexico are often known for taken bribes, and the easiest people to get a bribe are from naive western tourists who crack under pressure - even if they’re innocent.
The cop starts interrogating us: “where are you going? Do you have ma*****na? Co***ne? Drugs?”
“No of course not officer” I reply.
It’s important not to look nervous and let these guys intimidate you which is what they were trying to do. Don’t ever let these guys play you.
We had nothing on us, so we played it cool, made some jokes and used our charisma to have a friendly chat with these guys. We held our ground and had some fun, but at the same time we were super cooperative. Do not ever be a privileged white Karen and talk to cops like you would back home. (“I have rights, I’m calling my lawyer” etc).
They searched our car, bags, and even under my hat.
“You sure you don’t have ma*****na?” He asks for the 5th time.
“You guys are going to Real de Catorce? You’re doing pe**te aren’t you?”
“Peyote? Is that legal here?” I said playing dumb.
After a series of questions, one of the officers ended up recommending a good restaurant in town called “La Abundancia”
After he flashes his torch into the palm of my hands in case he found co***ne in my skin pores, he accused me of being high, and then called me and Felipe a gay couple,. then they let us go. We drove away laughing our asses off about the whole situation - especially considering our whole purpose in the desert. PE**TE is only legal if you do it in an indigenous ceremony, so we knew they had nothing on us.

Screw “realism”. Shoot for the stars.
Growing up I would often get told I was “unrealistic”, that I dreamt too big. Whether it was wanting to be a musician, or starting a business, or even starting a YouTube channel.
I needed to choose the safe option like “get a University degree” to even have a chance of building a good life. Then I could work 9-5 and maybe get a couple weeks off a year.
In fact the justification for this mindset is being “realistic”. This is something that I got thrown in my face all the time. What if I told you, that in most cases people are not being realistic, they are being small minded. They are the skeptic who can only see what’s right in front of them.
Tony Hawk fell and broke many of his bones before he was able to land the iconic 900. It was his WILL to ALWAYS get up and try again, no matter what the world told him or how hard he fell.
If you shoot for the stars and miss, at least you’ll land on the moon. If you never try at all, you’re guaranteed to play the same old tune.
Perhaps our parents do this to protect us from failure and disappointment, but what they do out of love, actually hinders our growth. Pain and suffering is not necessarily a bad thing, it’s character development. Sometimes we need to go outside into the wild world; get bit, stolen from, cheated, have our business fail, fall into depression and get punched in the face. This is the Hero’s Journey Hollywood pays millions of dollars to create that you pay to see in the cinemas. We watch others live their lives instead of living our own, when your life adventure is always within arms reach.
Think big, and face your fears. We’re all going to be dust in the ground anyways. Don’t let this Corporate Agent Smith matrix paradigm stop you from living your life by threatening you with fear of leaving the box. Screw it. Break the rules, travel overseas, meet new characters, open the unknown door and see how far the rabbit hole goes. I’ll see ya on the other side ;)

A common misconception of Carl Jung’s concept of the Persona, is that it is a mask that we only wear in public. But the reality is that it’s actually intimately related to the soul.
Archetypes are autonomous patterns in the psyche. You don’t “call upon” an archetype, IT calls upon you. That’s why we get “lost in the moment” when we are in a creative flow. “You” disappear and get tapped into something else, a more transcendent state.
Which persona or archetype we tap into, depends on the situation. Sometimes the hero comes out in unexpected situations, and other times the “coward”.
The persona is connected to our very being and acts as a “counterweight” to the “animus/anima”. It’s the bridge to the outer world.
Sometimes we need a mask to protect ourselves, other times we need a mask to connect to a different reality, like choosing an avatar in a video game to navigate the world.
But at the same time, over identifying with our persona can stop you from seeing who you truly are underneath.
The persona is a tool to navigate the outer world, it is not who you really are.
Creativity is the ability to remix different elements.
The development of AI technology has been nothing short of scary, but also awe inspiring.

We returned to Malana, the world’s most famous hash village. They claim to be the oldest democracy on earth and have many strange customs like not touching outsiders (you even have to place money on the ground to pay them). We filmed a documentary about the lesser known truths about their culture and asking difficult questions about the rise of tourism, and what they wish outsiders would know.
The kids lost their s**t when we flew the drone, like we were aliens from the future with this crazy technology haha.

This is the first time I’ve been to India completely sober, since i don’t smoke w**d, (last time we smoked a lot of g***a with sadhus 😂) but I can say that sitting in ceremony with everyone smoking up hasn’t stirred up any desire within me. If anything it made me more focused on filming and taking photos.
The babas would ask “you not smoke?”
And I respond, “I don’t need it anymore, I’ve finally transcended w**d.”
