DON’T PANIC When we decided to self isolate, I won’t lie that being stuck at home with two children and my husband (my third child) was a little daunting and so we prepared. Now with the government recommending we social distance ourselves I thought I’d share with you some things we’ve loved ourselves. We have been advised that heading out into nature (but keeping our distance) is ok so walks in the woods have been great for our sanity! And if all else fails put the music on max & dance those worries away! We are lucky that are children are blissfully unaware of what the world is experiencing right now. It is our jobs to keep them in that happy bubble of theirs and I for one will be jumping in that bubble too! As long as we are following the strict guidelines & advice from the government we can all get through this together. Our children just think we’ve cancelled work and school to have family days and they’ve never been so happy to have extra time with us. RECYCLE CONTENT⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This might sound crazy to some, I mean... Why would you want to repost content you've already put out into the world?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It's simple.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ When a post performs really well, I believe it's great to re use for a rainy day. We can't expect ourselves to create incredibly high quality content EVERY-SINGLE-DAY! We just can't. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We are human beings, life will get in the way, motivation and inspiration will be low at times and there'll be moments where we'll go to post content and come up empty!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ And this is why i love to recycle content.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Did the caption perform really well? Awesome! Copy and paste it to a new post with some tweaks and changes but the value and message stays the same!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ From time to time I do this, but use a different photo and add in different call to actions.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If i posted something a year ago today, it might have made sense to some of my audience and inspired others. Today when I post it, someone else might have needed to hear those words or another person might have read it and it changed their day completely. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ My point is, if the content is performing and giving value... use it and re use it with tweaks.
