Snoop Dogg just rolled out a phat new joint venture with a w**d-savvy San Antonian and his beverage company.

The rap mogul and his label, Death Row Records, have partnered with Hill Beverage Co. CEO Jake Hill to release Do It Fluid, a new line of h**p-derived and CBD-infused beverages.

Sold to customers 21 and older, Do It Fluid beverages are billed as providing “a new high,” serving as an alternative to alcoholic beverages and traditional smoking.

In a statement to the Express-News, Snoop Dogg said when it came to working with Hill, the company’s “creative energy” simply was “in sync.”

Hill said he’s always been interested in the cannabis industry.

“Of course, everyone looked at us as the stoners,” the Churchill High School graduate said. “(But) I always had something in the back of my mind that I wanted to do something in this industry.”

The Biden administration has recommended rescheduling ma*****na, a move that could have major implications for the cannabis industry. The DEA is currently reviewing the recommendation, and it remains to be seen whether it will be implemented.

If the DEA does reschedule ma*****na, it would mean that the drug would be removed from Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act, where it is currently classified as having a high potential for abuse and no accepted medical use. This would allow for more research on ma*****na and could lead to increased access to the drug for medical and recreational purposes.

The Biden administration's recommendation is a significant step forward for ma*****na legalization and could have a major impact on the cannabis industry. It is important to stay tuned to this developing story.

"Walkin' on the Sun" by Smash Mouth isn't just one of my favorite jams; it's also a song that helped inspire the journey of this blog. So when I learned that Steve Harwell, the lead singer, passed away a couple of weeks ago, it was an unusual moment that prompted this very vulnerable post.

I've always found it interesting how a song with a catchy melody and upbeat sound carried a somewhat cynical and critical message about societal changes and disillusionment during its time that still remains relevant today.

All while sharing the vibe with the rest of the world so we can all just chill. 🌿✌️

It ain't no joke, I'd like to buy the world a t**e
And teach the world to sing in perfect harmony
And teach the world to s***f the fires and the liars
Hey, I know it's just a song, but it's spice for the recipe
This is a love attack, I know it went out, but it's back
It's just like any fad, it retracts before impact
And just like fashion it's a passion for the with-it and hip
If you got the goods, they'll come and buy it
Just to stay in the clique

Twenty-five years ago, they spoke out and they broke out
Of recession and oppression and together they t**ed
And they folked out with guitars around a bonfire
Just singin' and clappin', man, what the hell happened?
Then some were spellbound, some were hellbound
Some, they fell down and some got back up
And fought back against the meltdown
And their kids were hippie chicks, all hypocrites
Because fashion is smashing the true meaning of it

It ain't no joke when a mama's handkerchief is soaked
With her tears because her baby's life has been revoked
The bond is broke up, so choke up and focus on the close up
Mr. Wizard can't perform no god-like hocus-pocus
So don't sit back, kick back and watch the world get bushwhacked
News at ten, your neighborhood is under attack
Put away the crack before the crack puts you away
You need to be there when your baby's old enough to relate

So don't delay, act now, supplies are running out
Allow if you're still alive, six to eight years to arrive
And if you follow, there may be a tomorrow
But if the offer's shunned

You might as well be walking on the sun

Behind The Texas CBD Blog

Hi there, my name is Grace and I am a San Antonio native and cat mom. By day, I work at an office, but by night and weekend I write, share stories, interview entrepreneurs, CEO’s, moms, attend events, and spend my time enjoying the world of cannabis.

My Beginning

My introduction to CBD was like most, in addition to the everyday stress of work-life balance, I am naturally an anxious person. I originally thought my anxiety was awkwardness and byproduct of being homeschooled for 18 years, growing up in a conservative family, all while suffering middle child syndrome as I am the fourth child of nine kids, but that is only a part of my story.

In November of 2018, I began to take CBD on a regular basis. Like most, I was advised to take it at night to sleep better and I did. And although slept better, I knew there was more to my stress then extra deep sleep, so I started to journal. I then decided to start taking my oil mid-morning with my coffee and, as the days went by, I started to notice I was focusing better and problem solved quicker.
