Here’s what we thought of @baekoreangrill, spearheaded by @txavier_torres, which you may all know from a very popular gem in Sobe, we ain’t saying which one though. Anyway, @baekoreangrill is located inside the @hardrockholly and is a good option when in the area. The shish*to peppers, wagyu dumplings and bao buns are a must try, but just know that they are small portions and meant to be shared, so order wisely. The Korean Fried Chicken was crispy and juicy, with a gochujang glaze that had a touch of both sweet and spicy, which complimented each other perfectly. The drinks were okay, or at least the two we ordered were. The ribeye and bibimbap made for a delicious pairing and good enough for two. To finish off meal, go with the ubi flan.
Apparently there’s more to our city than coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Downtown, and Brickell. We recently ventured out and ended up in #Miramar, Where we checked out @elchurrascasomiramar and tried a few of their dishes, some of our favorites, being the octopus and lamb chops. So if you’re from the area or live nearby, this is one to keep in your radar. They have happy hour Mondays through Fridays from 3 to 6, with 50% off all drinks and you can build your own parrilla mixtas from 1 to 3 pounds, which are easily shareable.
