Ridiculously easy dinner, Spaghetti Squash Boats!

No recipe - bake a spaghetti squash, scoop out most of the strands, then mix with whatever you like, scoop it all back into empty spaghetti squash halves in a baking dish (put some water in the baking dish to prevent the skin from drying out). Put it in the oven and bake until set.

This time I added onions, arugula, eggs, feta cheese, garlic, and marinara sauce. The possibilities are endless.
