Weather Alert!

Current hazardous weather conditions in the parks, check weather alerts before you arrive: https://www.nps.gov/seki/planyourvisit/weather.htm.

The weather forecast is predicting significant amounts of precipitation over the next two days. Alerts include heavy snow expected at elevations above 7000 feet, with total snow accumulations up to six feet and winds gusting as high as 60 mph. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected in lower elevations.

Closures may occur in areas of the parks if conditions become unsafe. Currently the Wolverton area has been closed to the public.
