My name is Gene Garaygordobil, DelanoNow and McFarlandToday owner. I am running for the NKST Hospital District Board because I don't see PATIENTS being treated first.
Instead, we get more Brown Act violations that occur during the 3 hour, 15 minute Sept. 23 meeting.
During it, board president Jaime Mendoza did all he could to prevent me from speaking.
– At the Public Comment period at the beginning of the meeting, because he said my issue was on the actual agenda. I agreed and sat down.
– I then waited for the generic SOCIAL MEDIA Agenda item, then was told at the beginning of this video that my comment was not regarding the item Mendoza wanted talked about -- attacking current board member Joe Aguirre, which his candidate spoke on after me.
– Finally the district’s legal rep said they had interrupted my speech enough and then I get to speak about “voicemail truth I have of Jaime harassing and threatening to personally sue Me and my wife Maria with the “HIS” (district’s) lawyers.
I would really appreciate it if you watch this “battle for my right to address this board.” Should I release the voicemail so everyone can hear it?
