『聞かせてよ愛の言葉を』(ルノワール作曲)は、武満徹が終戦間近に陸軍食糧基地の見習士官に聴かせてもらい感銘を受けたという作品で2007年の冬に開催された武満徹の人生と作品を紹介するレクチャーコンサートを機会に福間洸太朗が華やかなピアノ独奏のための編曲に仕立て上げました。また、2016年にフランスプログラムのリサイタルのために福間洸太朗が作曲した『シャンソンメドレー』の楽譜も収録されました。このメドレーは全10曲で構成され、中には「海」(トレネ作曲)、「バラ色の人生」や「愛の讃歌」(ピアフ作曲)、「枯葉」(コスマ作曲))などの有名曲が含まれています。この『シャンソンメドレー』を福間洸太朗は各地で演奏していますが、フランスのみならず世界各国で好評を得ています。
