We are a boutique advertising agency but we would like to think of us as an emerging creative culture. Founded by a few close college friends, in a coffee shop, who wanted to make a difference. It’s about people and purpose. We want it to be a stimulating and happy experience for everyone who has any association with us.We exist to build the business of our clients. We bring joy to our work and to
the brands we work with. This earns their respect, which is the greatest asset we can have. We believe in collaboration. We believe in being able to experiment. We believe in giving things a chance. We do not like complicating things. In fact, most of our hard work goes in minimizing complications. An agency is what its people make it to be. We treat our people as human beings. We help them when they are in trouble — with their jobs, with illnesses, with emotional problems, with drugs or alcohol. We don't like rigid pecking orders. The best results are produced by men and women who don't have to be told what to do. We like people who are honest. Honest in argument, honest with clients, honest with suppliers, honest with the company — and above all, honest with consumers. That’s when you are able to come with some brilliant work. While doing great work, we also want to encourage young creative talent, start-ups and any other projects that would let us collaborate with them. We aim to change, at least a little bit, the way our people think, whether it is about social evils or empowering women. Great work is great work only if it makes a difference.
