He is the overseer of four ministries that are currently doing business as non-for profits, including a pre-trial diversion program designed to reach adolescents and their families in their first brush with the law. Over 80% of those juveniles have no future legal challenges. David is also the President of the Collinsville Area Ministerial Association, which oversees areas like the local SOS soup kitchen, Helping Hands Ministry Food Pantry and Faith in Action, which serves the senior citizens in the community.
