Friends, I am proud to share that Synth Studios, my newest Illusion Factory company venture is officially launched and putting projects together all over the world with Sizzle, our transactional media system. I hope you will take a couple minutes and watch the reel. I am so very proud to have brought four of my very best friends together to create this new entity, and pair that with the Sizzle back end that the team at The Illusion Factory has been building for the last 7 years. Finally, we have all of the right pieces of the puzzle to execute on something that has been brewing in my mind over the last 25 years!

All we have to do is decide what to do with the time that is given us. J. R. R. TOLKIEN

Will you spend it Loving? Creating? Accomplishing? Dreaming? Shopping? Relaxing? Eating?

How do you plan on spending the time that is allotted you?

Yesterday was the funeral for one of the most exemplary employees that The Illusion Factory has ever been graced to have collaborated with. He was a remarkable man, whose virtues and extraordinary talents would take pages of highly selected adjectives to do justice to whom this person was both personally and professionally. He made his transition at age 48, which is far too young. Such a moment is a stark reminder of the finite nature of life and the precious quality each and every heartbeat contains.

There are so many choices as to how we might opt to make our life meaningful on planet Earth. Some of the choices are extraordinarily exciting, and others may not appear as such.

What is it specifically that gives each one of us purpose and meaning so that as we reflect on the time that we have spent thus far, we can feel deep satisfaction in the course of actions that we have taken in finding our true calling?

Allocating the necessary time to see that calling come to fruition could not be more important.

In the course of these decisions, we are all the more fulfilled for having taken appropriate time to think and to resolve any of the outstanding questions that leave us wondering whether or not we are using our time wisely.

Fortunately, for most of us, these are decisions that are malleable, such that if we find ourselves having made some wrong choices at the outset, we are still able to modify those choices in order that we will get closer to a more fulfilling and satisfying usage of our daily allotment of hours.

Are you continually reevaluating these choices? That probably depends on how the choices you have made thus far, are playing out in your real world. If you were finding deep and intense satisfaction, you are probably more likely to double down and invest more of your time and energy in those behaviors, whereas if you were finding gaping holes of unfulfilled nature in your existence, you are probably more likely to rethink your strategy, and begin again.

Life is so precious. Find your pathway to expressing yourself in the ways that bring you the greatest joy and satisfaction.

Thank you for being such a remarkable human being, Rex. Everyone who ever worked with you admired you, respected you and treasured your great humor and extraordinary talent. I have been very proud to call you friend and bruddah. We all love you and will miss you tremendously.

Do you take action on the things in life that matter most to you?
The only sure fire way to accelerate yourself into that which you most desire is to take direct action. Without this degree of confidence and certainty, your likelihood of succeeding is reduced substantially. Our ability to achieve the goals in life that we are determined to accomplish only arise as a direct result of planning, attention to detail, Do you take action on the things in life that matter most to you?

The only surefire way to accelerate yourself into that which you most desire, is to take direct action.

Without this degree of confidence and certainty, your likelihood of succeeding is reduced substantially. Our ability to achieve the goals in life that we are determined to accomplish, only arises as a direct result of planning, attention to detail, appropriate initial actions, followed up by perfection in follow-through and ex*****on.

These are the tools that drive any successful endeavor to fruition.

If you spend your life standing on the sidelines, hoping and praying that you are going to magically fall into your ultimate expectations, you are probably setting yourself up for a definitive disappointment. If your odds of winning the Powerball lottery are 1 in 160,000,000, what do you suppose the likelihood is for you to achieve anything of consequence, if you are continually hoping and praying that your number will magically come up?

Would you expect that if you made a forthright effort to achieve, accomplish or attain that which your eyes are set upon, that you will ultimately get there through hopes and prayers? Or, is it more reasonable to presume that you will get there through a defined course of action which leverages all of the pre-requisite requirements that will further ensure the likelihood that you will succeed?

There are no shortcuts that I have ever discovered in life. The only way to get to your prescribed destination is through direct, focused pursuit, tempered by whatever mitigating factors might exist within the parameters of the achievement you have opted to pursue.

There is no question that some good luck will further accelerate your likelihood of success... but luck in and of itself, is not the solution you are hoping for.

It must be a determined, set of actions and behaviors, or you will never get there. That's a fact.
