Bristol Somali Interactive Media Association aims to strengthen the links between all community groups
within Bristol
We undertake projects that encourage communities to live and work together. Our aim is to build the capacity for individuals and groups to live more effectively within the wider community
in order to do this we:-
1: Carry out interviews with leading somali figures from bristol and the surrounding areas
2: Carry out interviews with famous people and those with a wide experience of the issues affecting the somali community,
3: Carry out interviews with poets, singers, and public figures,
4: Carry out project wich promote community awareness and integration,
5: Make videos and clips available on youtube and other online websites to promote our activities
6: host an awards Programmes for people who have made Adifference on the Somali community in Bristol
we are always keen to heard from any one who has an idea or a suggestion about how we can promote integration of the Somali community
