Tonight 8PM Eastern (We sprang forward last weekend and it has been ugly ever since) The First Day of Spring is celebrated during the first block of tunes and then we take a darker but exciting detour into War! Songs with "War" in the titles or the names of the bands. We will hear from Band of the Year nail_bite_official, Rad Ray Terrell with MX The American, Thunder Tribe and much, much more as I join the worldwide calls for the end of the war in Ukraine. Fellow Metalheads, I will not be broadcasting this Sunday nor the following Sunday. Hopefully I'll be back at it soon, though. I have gangrene in my right foot and will have surgery on Wednesday the 13th to have a bypass and stents put in my leg to increase circulation to my foot and toes. Some parts of my right foot might need to be amputated. If that happens recovery will be extended a bit. Meanwhile, while I'm gone remember to keep it HEAVY!
