Back to school szn ✨ and we want every morning to be as smooth as possible! These quick breakfast ideas are how we survive mornings as a family of 6 with everyone wanting something different, from smoothies to waffles, to fancy açaí bowls for P!

✨ For quick açaí bowls: 2 packs açaí + 1 small banana + 2-3 oz of almond milk + 3 cubes of ice. The key is the amount of liquid…It needs very little before it turns into soup. That makes enough for 2 bowls. Never tastes right when I try and only make one, so someone else better want one too! Top with granola, and fruit of choice. Drizzle with nut butter or Nutella.

✨ Green Smoothies with and almond milk. These have spinach, pineapple, mango, and apples.

✨The boys love products with syrup or Nutella.

✨ I’m a fan of power grain protein waffles drizzled with honey.

✨ for true running out the door mornings with a hard boiled egg!

✨Fresh fruit is always available! 🍌🥭🫐🍓

Grand Cayman Eats! I can’t recommend Tillies enough. They serve local seafood with Caribbean flavors. I got the Tuna Tartar and the Tuna Ceviche, and it was amazing! ✨

My tip to you: make reservations first! Tillies can be super crowded, and you definitely want to make sure you get a table when you visit!

Two delicious, fresh, and most importantly, easy apps for your summer table 🌸

1. Stuffed peppers ✨ Slice sweet peppers in half, clean out seeds, fill with Boursin cheese, and top with a dill stem.

2. Mango Prosciutto wraps ✨ Layer basil leaves, sliced mango, and Boursin cheese. Wrap with prosciutto!

No work, all play! Private Island hopping tours with ☀️ Even though we have our own boat, we always book a snorkeling tour so we don’t have to do anything other than show up and have fun with the kids catching all the things! This year we explored more of Egmont and Passage Key and it was our first time jumping off the rocks at Egmont 🐠
