Created with love for the independent cinema, London Golden Scout International Film Festival aims to support both emerging and experienced filmmakers, by creating a breeding place for their work to be reviewed and judged and providing access to a larger audience through media artistic events.
After one year of fantastic experiences in the online film environment, our festival is making a huge s
tep forward, by creating the setting for filmmakers to share their best works in the most dynamic city in Europe. Our film screenings will take place in one of the most inspiring locations in the heart of London, Magic Garden in November 2017. Magic Garden is a place where all forms of contemporary art feel at home, where both filmmakers and film enthusiasts gather to discover new forms of expressivity and to exchange thoughts and ideas. The film competition runs in four quarters, with the next upcoming Official Screening event taking place in November 2017, which will feature the winners of each quarter. London Golden Scout IFF will announce the Official Selection, the Nominees and the Winners for every award one month after the end of each quarter (e.g. The submission window for the Autumn Quarter is open from July 1 to September 30, Announcements on October 31).
Our jury formed of film professionals will review all submitted films from an independent point of view, seeking creativity, vision, innovative ideas, powerful messages and attention to details, with the aim of discovering projects with potential to define the direction of contemporary cinema.
