It being Black History Month and having released a country song myself (disguised as a zombie, but that isn't the focus right now), I have the following statement to make. Black people are the originators of ALL AMERICAN MUSIC. From Blues, to Country to Rock to finally Hip Hop! We have done it all and well. And the fact that so many people apparently don't know that and actually have the nerve to claim that country music is being compromised or appropriated because more Black people are doing it just goes to show the lack of overall education some of your favorite celebs/bloggers/dweebs actually possess.

You have a problem with Black people singing country music? Well, you're just racist and ignorant. And you know what? Go ahead! Be offended! I have a good mind to start a yodeling metal band just so I can watch racist's heads explode!

Not that I would be the first Black person to yodel or be in a metal band, but those with sense get my point.

Our educational system has failed so many of you that it's deeply depressing.
