People commit su***de because they are ashamed to talk about things for the fear of people judging them or rejecting them…Ask me how I know…I went through a major depression here recently. We have learned to hide our pain very well. I had to fight and still is fighting everyday to stay level headed. I refuse to hold all of this in to Pretending that I’m ok I MUST SAY IM MUCH BETTER!
