Are you looking for a quick and easy delicious breakfast recipe? Give these French Toast Cups a try! They are kid tested, Mom approved. 😂

RECIPE
5 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup milk
3 Tbs cinnamon/sugar mix
12 slices bread of your choice

1. Combine eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon/sugar in a bowl, and mix.
2. Slice bread into cubes and add to mixture. Coat well.
3. Scoop into a well greased muffin pan.
4. Sprinkle with a little more cinnamon/sugar (optional)
5. Bake in oven at 350 F for 25-30 minutes. 30 minutes crisps the top. 25 minutes for a soft texture.
6. Serve and dust with confectioners sugar, or syrup.

Happy Homeschool Mom Teacher's Appreciation Day to all my Superhero homeschool Moms! 🍎

A homeschool Mom is the real MVP. 🏆

It takes patience, strength, and time to balance walking through the house with a laundry basket on one hip while giving a spelling test at the same time.

It takes intuition, understanding, and sensitivity to pick up on moments when your child/student is frustrated and disheartened, and to encourage them to keep pressing on after they've been struggling with math for an hour.

It takes dedication, brainstorming, and sometimes hours of planning and research, to come up with fun and fresh new ideas, to bring life to each subject for your children every single day of the week.

I could go on and on, but I’ll stop here for now because... well.... laundry. 🤷🏻‍♀️😜

I applaud each and every one of you fellow homeschool Moms, not just this week, but every day of every week! You are truly heroes! 🎓♥️

It was a beautiful morning for a walk in the park. Since I now get up at 6 am to take my husband to the office downtown, I decided to take the kiddos out for an early morning brisk walk.

My son took his wiggle scooter, and him and his sister took turns working their lower bodies on it. I think we'll make this our regular exercise routine! It was SO nice getting out of the house and enjoying nature vs. walking on a treadmill staring at a wall or a screen. 😁

Supplies Needed:
